We found Ernie Wollak and his staff patient and receptive to ideas throughout the process, form beginning with a rough floor plan layout we brought them, to taking those ideas through to a formal plan and turning them into a reality.   My wife and I have been in our current home for almost 33 years. We have truly enjoyed the house, neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We have been looking for a "true" one level home off and on for something close to five years now. Nothing ever seemed to fit our needs.   My family and I recently moved to the Sartell area from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Upon arrival we immediately started to look for a home. We met with several real estate agents and builders.   My husband and I moved from Illinois to Sauk Rapids to live near our daughter in December.  The first of December our house sold in Illinois and we had to close by December 20th.  Well, we drove up hear and started looking.  Our daughter and son-in-law had been keeping and eye on the market for us.  We saw Ernie Wollak's home on Star Drive and truly liked the house.  But we had to see more houses and do some research.  Everyone we talked to asked us who is the builder and we said, Ernie Wollak and they said he is a very good builder.  That constant praise and all the help we received from Ernie and Lori helped us make the decision to buy the house.  We moved in December 22nd, and they had all the little changes we asked for complete and the house in move-in condition.  Jerry and I feel both Ernie and Lori are there to help us make our new house a home.  We have lived in our new home 3 months and are very happy with our decision and our home.
