We have been looking for a "true" one level home off and on for something close to five years now. Nothing ever seemed to fit our needs. I t was either too large or too small, not really a desirable location, or may have been one level inside, but the substantial number of steps, etc. to reach it. Far too many were externally almost identical, with a limited number of floor plans, with little room for realistic and cost effective changes to those plans. and additions. During this process, Wollak was very responsive to our needs and

Wollak. Since Wollak Construction built a home for us in 1990 in Little Falls
and we purchased a second new home from Wollak Construction in Sauk Rapids in
2002, we already knew Ernie and his team built beautiful quality homes. After
the plans for our new home were complete, Ernie would meet with us on a regular
basis with updates. We knew if we had concerns or changes to the plans, Ernie
could be reached without delay. Ernie, his team, and subcontractors were
courteous and had patience with us, as at times we changed our plans or added to
them. Our new home was built, with our opinion, virtually stress free and our

When we purchased our first home from Ernie he used his experience and knowledge

other builders in St. Cloud area. As our family grew so did our need for a

only time we have called, our sprinkler system exploded, not their fault, I
needed help installing a temporary window right away, I thought to call their

Lori at Wollak Construction making a few phone calls. Now that is great
